2018 Fall Real Estate Open House
Welcome Class of 2020!  

The Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate is delighted to welcome the class of 2020! At the Real Estate program’s “Open House” last month, Kristin Svenningsen, Managing Director of the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate, welcomed first-year students to the MBA Real Estate Program at Columbia Business School, and moderated an interactive discussion among students with Professor Chris Mayer and Executive-in-Residence Leanne Lachman, covering courses, center resources, recruiting, and extracurricular activities. Recently, Aditya Jain ’19, Co-President of the Real Estate Association, sat down with Professor Van Nieuwerburgh to discuss some of his current research, how he founded the Center for Real Estate Finance Research at NYU Stern School of Business, and importantly, his involvement with the MBA Real Estate Program and the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate at Columbia Business School.
