Distinguished Speaker Lunch: Leslie Hale

Registration is closed for this event
The Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate is pleased to invite you to its first Distinguished Speaker Lunch this Fall featuring Leslie D. Hale, President and CEO of RLJ Lodging Trust. The exclusive in-person engagement will be moderated by Professor Chris Mayer, Co-Director, Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate. RLJ Lodging Trust is a self-advised, publicly traded real estate investment trust focused on owning premium-branded, focused-service and compact full-service hotels. Ms. Hale played a pivotal role in setting and executing the strategic vision at RLJ, and successfully lead the execution of the initial public offering (IPO) of RLJ in 2011. She is on RLJ’s Board of Directors, serves on Macy’s Board of Directors, is a Howard University Trustee and is a Board member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond’s Baltimore Branch. In addition to discussing RLJ’s strategy and portfolio, the program will touch on the impacts of Covid-19 on the hotel business and the future of working. Leslie Hale made history as the first African-American woman to lead a REIT, and of 166 US publicly listed real estate investment trusts, is the only Black CEO of 10 female CEO’s. For more on her pioneering career visit NAREIT. We are delighted to host Leslie, and hope that you can join us for this interactive discussion!
